Tuesday, September 2

A short procedural session will be convened during the World Blindness Summit to address urgent matters required before the opening of the General Assembly. The purpose of this session is to receive the report of the Nominations Committee and to formally establish the close of nominations for Table Officer positions. No other substantive business of the General Assembly will be conducted at this time.
