About the World Blindness Summit

• When and where will the event be?

  The event will take place from September 1 to 5, 2025.

  Venue: Distrito Anhembi Convention Center, located at Rua Prof. Milton Rodrigues, Santana, São Paulo – ZIP 02012-021.
  Congress: Celso Furtado Auditorium and support rooms.
  General Assembly: Celso Furtado Auditorium.
  Assistive Technology Fair: Hall 4.
  Gala Dinner: The celebration of our gala evening is the only one that will take place at an exclusive venue, outside the Convention Center. It will be held at Hotel Unique – Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, 4700, Jardim Paulista, São Paulo – ZIP 01402-002.
  Accommodation: We suggest the Holiday Inn Anhembi Hotel, located next to the Distrito Anhembi Convention Center. It can be booked during registration at a promotional rate, subject to room availability.

  WBU Delegates, accessibility experts, professionals in the field of visual impairment, researchers, sponsors and observers will be able to participate in the event.
